Mr. Brooks served in United States Navy for 20 years, gaining valuable experience in electronics and communications logistics. He has been in the commercial IT and telecommunications industry for a combined  11 years. In 1996, Mr. Brooks came to BaCo and is currently in charge of the accounting, security and IT administration for the company. He holds certifications in Interlink and  as a General Instruments Broadband Network Designer.
